MHHC Annual General Meeting 2026

The MHHC AGM will take place online on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 7.30pm. The link to access the meeting will be sent to registered individuals before the meeting (please see below for the registration details). The AGM is expected to take between 30 minutes and an hour, please spare some time to join in.

Order of business to run as written in the Constitution.

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of the previous meeting
3. Matters arising out of those minutes
4. Proposed amendments to the Constitution
5. Chair’s report
6. Secretary’s report
7. Consideration and adoption of the Accounts
8. Setting of all Club fees for the next season
9. Election of Officers and Committee
10. Propositions and Resolutions
11. Propositions for Association AGM
12. Any other business within the competence of the meeting.

Suggestions to amend the Constitution must be sent to the Secretary (Message Jo Bevan) by Thursday 4 June 2026. A copy of the Constitution is available from the Secretary by request, or can be found on the Club website, here: MHHC Club Rules & Policies

Officers, Committee members and Team Captains will be elected for next year. Any Club member (or parent of a Junior member) is eligible to stand for a position. If you would like to get involved with the running of MHHC you can find a list of volunteer roles on the Club website, here: Your Club Needs You!

There are a number of vacant positions in need of volunteers, including Chair. Please email the Secretary (Message Jo Bevan) if you are interested in any of the positions, or if you would like to volunteer in any way—whether it is for an Officer, Committee member, volunteer role, a role that you think will help the Club continue to move forward, or if you are just available to occasionally lend a hand.

• Any questions in advance to be sent to the Secretary by email no later than Thursday 4 June 2026 for consideration.

If you are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy, you MUST inform the Secretary in advance of the AGM of who will be voting on your behalf.
