Match Report: Turning Up Late, Turning It On
It wasn’t the smoothest start — three players stuck in traffic arrived 10 minutes before pushback, and we had no keeper. Classic prep. Luckily, the rest of the team had a solid warmup and set the tone early.
Despite the chaos, we came out strong, playing some great hockey. Three well-worked goals in the first half showed our quality and teamwork. Who needs a goalie when you’ve got grit, hustle, and a backline that refuses to panic?
The second half tested our legs, but we stayed organised and fought hard to the end. All in all, a great team performance — chaotic, committed, and a lot of fun.
