Training from January 2023

There will be a couple of changes to our training sessions from January 2023.

Men's training is changing with all teams now training together on Wednesdays, at the usual time of 19:00-21:00, from Wednesday 4th January. There will no longer be men's training sessions on Thursdays.

For next week ONLY Women's training will be on THURSDAY 5th January at 19:00-21:00, then continuing as usual on Tuesdays from Tuesday 10th January.

There are no changes to Junior training which will begin next week on Wednesday 4th January at the usual time of 17:30-19:00.

All sessions will be added to Teamo shortly for you to be able to update if you plan to attend. Please do this to help the coaches plan the sessions.
